Formation of a consortium of organizations working in the field of Leprosy and NTDs
A memorandum of understanding was signed on 15 August 2019 among the six national and International organizations currently involved in the NPZL- NTDD. The members include: Damien Foundation Nepal, FAIRMED, Nepal, International Nepal Fellowship (INF), Pokhara, Nepal Leprosy Trust (NLT), The Leprosy Mission Nepal (TLMN), Satdobato, Until No Leprosy Remains (NLR) Nepal.
They have agreed to partner for resource mobilization and implementation of programs/projects related to Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) including Leprosy, and Disability in Nepal. This is an organizational membership based on loose network/partnership where members have decided to come together as part of their institutional responsibility to generate resources and complement during implementation in the specified thematic programs.
