Relief to the family of former Social Mobilizer of FAIRMED's UPAKAR Project

A former social mobilizer of UPAKAR Project, Ganesh Jyoti, lost his life in the recent flooding of Sindhupalchowk district. He is survived by his wife and three children - two daughters and a son.

Remembering Jyoti and his contributions, FAIRMED Nepal in coordination with former implementing partner MANK provided his family with some relief support in an attempt to ease their present challenges.

The relief items included food supply, kitchenware, bedding and clothing items, educational supplies for the children, two mobile phones with data connection to facilitate their online learning, among others.
